Free Domestic Shipping For All Orders Over 200 €.

We offer a Flat Shipping Fee of 10€ within Austria and 15€ for other European countries.

Express delivery is available to most destinations and costs 15€ within Austria and 25€ for the remaining European destinations.

We process and send orders during our main operating hours, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 am to 6:00 pm CET (except on Austrian public holidays)

If the order is placed on a Friday, it will not be shipped until Monday

There may be a delay in shipping if billing information is inaccurate, if billing and shipping addresses differ, or if the payment company discovers an issue.

If you have any special requests to expedite your delivery for a specific date - please contact our office or send an email to office@whoiskaia.com to schedule an expedited shipping service to fulfil your special request.

Please note that delivery delays can be caused by e.g. public holidays, weather events, customs or strikes. In case your shipment has not arrived within ten working days of the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service at office@whoiskaia.com or Call us +43 1 53532152.

If a package is undeliverable and returned to WHOisKAIA (Freisingergasse 1, 1010 Vienna, Austria) we are unable to re-ship it, without an additional shipment payment from the customer. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return and will be sent store-credit (excluding shipping costs).

Duties and Taxes
We are also not responsible for any VAT or customs duty tax, it is at the sole discretion of the customer to pay any fees associated with VAT or customs duty tax. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on refused/return packages. International returns due to the refusal to pay duties and taxes will be sent store-credit only (excludes shipping costs) - refunds will not be allowed for refusal of international packages. By purchasing from WHOisKAIA, you accept that duties may be required to import the products into your destination country.
